The Cooking Arabic food series teaches Arabic style cooking prepared in different Arab nations across the region. These short but efficient lectures should allow you to prepare meals in a short and concise period of time with basic skills.
This course specifically teaches the student/chef/cook/enthusiast how to use different types of rice in the preparation of sweet and savoury Arab dishes including rice puddings, Gulf-style Kabsa, calrose or short rice to name a few; including some rice pudding desserts and blended vegetable and meat rice dishes.
In addition, you’ll receive a few recipes for complimentary main dishes to go with your rice. This is an excellent start on the basics of cooking rice, not just in Arab cuisine but as a cooking skill in general, and falls under the “Cooking Arabic Food” cooking series.
