Hey, my name is Kian and I’m a passionate hotelier and world traveler!   

Just when I turned 18, I got a job as an apprentice at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Cologne, Germany. I always wanted to travel the world and getting paid for it and after watching a documentary about the opening of a mega resort in Abu Dhabi, I decided to jump right in and started applying for jobs.   

After I finished my studies, I continued working for a while at the Crowne Plaza to gain some more experience. Then, in early 2009, I had the chance to move to the Maldives and never looked back! Since then I worked for some of the world’s finest hotels and resorts such as Raffles Dubai and Jumeirah Vittaveli Maldives.   

I’m passionate about the hotel and tourism industry and I want to share with YOU what I learned along the way and how you can get started to travel the world and getting paid for it. IT REALLY DOESN’T MATTER what nationality you are.   

There are so many countries where you can easily obtain a work permit and the best thing is – your employer will handle all the required paper work!
