I means Identity. And Identity means: I = I. In our society and with our habits it is difficult, to build an identity. With a free will, in contact with the body, with own feelings, with own words in all relationships.

And often Trauma disturbed the development of an healthy I. In the childbearing period, in the early childhood or also later. Self Awareness and Autonomy can not develop. Surviving ego-states come up and build a psycho-structure and behavior that hinder us from a normal life with success in the job, with a good relationship, with being good parents.

Who am I means also: How can I be I? In a true identity? In my identity?
